This Agreement is between The Pixel Farm Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us") and you ("Affiliate", "You"). By signing up for the PFTrack Creator Program (the "Program") via Rewardful, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1. Auto-Enrollment: To enroll, you must complete the registration form via our affiliate platform. Upon submission, you will be automatically enrolled in the Program and granted immediate access to your affiliate links and assets.
1.2. Right to Revoke: We reserve the right to review your account at any time. We may terminate your participation and revoke your access immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site or content is unsuitable for our brand (e.g., contains sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or promotes software piracy).
2.1. Commission Rate: You will earn a commission of 15% on the purchase price (excluding VAT/Tax) of "Qualified Purchases."
2.2. Qualified Products: Commissions are paid ONLY on the sale of PFTrack Solo perpetual licenses.
2.3. Exclusions (Strictly Enforced):
3.1. Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly. There is a holding period (typically 30 days from the date of purchase) to allow for customer refunds or chargebacks.
3.2. Threshold: Payouts are issued once your accrued "cleared" earnings exceed £500 (or currency equivalent). If your earnings are below this amount, they will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
3.3. Method: Payouts are made via PayPal only. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address within your affiliate dashboard.
3.4. Refunds & Chargebacks: If a customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your future payouts.
To protect our brand and ensure fair competition among affiliates, the following activities are prohibited:
4.1. PPC Bidding (Strictly Prohibited): You may NOT bid on keywords containing our brand trademarks, including but not limited to: "PFTrack", "The Pixel Farm", "PFTrack Solo", or any misspellings thereof, on Google Ads, Bing, or other search engines. You may not use our brand name in your display URL.
4.2. Coupon & Discount Spam: You may not post your affiliate link on "coupon aggregator" sites, "deal" sites, or "discount code" forums. You may not mislead users by claiming to have a "discount code" or "coupon" for PFTrack.
4.3. Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase software for yourself.
4.4. Impersonation: You may not impersonate The Pixel Farm. Your website, social media, and emails must clearly state that you are an independent affiliate or partner. You may not copy our official website design or assets in a way that confuses users into thinking they are on the official The Pixel Farm site.
4.5. Spam: You must comply with all applicable laws regarding email marketing (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Unsolicited mass emailing (spam) is grounds for immediate termination.
4.6. Accurate Representation of Features: If you create content demonstrating features that are exclusive to PFTrack Studio or Enterprise, you must clearly disclose (verbally or via on-screen text) that these features are not included in PFTrack Solo. You may not imply that the PFTrack Solo license includes features reserved for higher tiers. Misleading customers regarding feature sets may result in the reversal of commissions for affected sales.
5.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Pixel Farm logos, banners, and product screenshots provided in the Affiliate Portal solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
5.2. You may not modify our logos or imply that we endorse your specific tutorials or content without prior written permission.
6.1. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving you written notice (email is sufficient).
6.2. If you are terminated for violating Section 4 (Promotion Restrictions), you forfeit all pending commissions.
7.1. The Pixel Farm will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to tracking failures, database errors, or other technical issues.
7.2. You agree to indemnify The Pixel Farm against all claims, damages, and expenses relating to your violation of this Agreement.
